PERFORMANCE WITH A
COMBINED U VALUE OF 1.1
Manufactured to the highest standards and most frequently supplied in
the U.K. as triple skinned, the TopLite range of thermoformed, polycarbonate rooflights is designed for installation on to flat or very low pitched roofs and are available as either domes or pyramids.
However, they are also available as double and (for even greater thermal and acoustic insulation) quadruple skinned rooflights.
Glazed entirely with 3mm fully U.V. stabilised, solid
polycarbonate sheets, they are available in four colours…
CLEAR , OPAL, BRONZE or DIFFUSED
TopLite rooflights are vandal resistant and have been classified by BRE as being Non Fragile (Class B) and are available with a wide range of upstand, security and ventilation options.
Whether as a dome or pyramid, we offer a superb range of
standard sizes and checking which size you need for your project could not be easier. Simply make a note of the clear roof opening sizes.
In addition to the thirty plus standard sizes in our TopLite range,
for those extra special projects where ‘standard’ is simply never
going to be good enough, we are also pleased to offer
(within certain practical limitations) custom sized domes* for the
same price as the next largest standard size up.
N.B. * Non-standard sized pyramids can also be supplied, however these will incur an additional charge to cover the cost of the custom built former which has to be made before the polycarbonate sheets can be thermoformed

Ventilated TopLite Max Polycarbonate Pyramid
Because we understand that different types of buildings need different levels of security measures to protect them, TopLite rooflights come in two distinct options.
Still popular across parts of Europe and also a very cost effective way to install quality rooflights when budgets are tight, the TopLite Classic range features domes or pyramids which are simply screwed or bolted onto a traditional, flat-topped builder’s kerb or alternatively one of our own versatile upstands.
To protect the security torx fixings (which we provide), all rooflights come complete with sealer washer cover caps.

Installed on a uPVC Adaptor Profile
(see diagram)
Can also be installed directly
onto a Traditional Builder's Kerb
or be supplied with its own upstand
Please note the overall kerb width should be a minimum of 70mm x 150mm (w x h)
For locations where a better level of intruder resistance is needed, the security fixings we supply can easily be augmented with special clutch head fittings… as regularly used in many a HM Custodial Centre.
However, when security is of paramount concern then the better option to consider installing is our cleverly designed TopLite Max range, which features a robust aluminium glazing frame and more importantly, tried and trusted, concealed fixings, which cannot be removed with just ordinary hand tools.
This special security feature together with the universally acknowledged attack resistance properties of polycarbonate glazing, makes this one of the most secure rooflights on the market today.

All TopLite rooflights are specifically designed to be installed onto flat or fairly flat roofs.
Whilst all unvented Toplite Classic rooflights can be secured directly to a suitable builder’s kerb (please see drawing), all ventilated options and every rooflight in our Toplite Max range must be installed onto either one of our aluminium or uPVC kerb adaptors or alternatively, its own uPVC** upstand.
Whilst we offer a comprehensive range of standard upstands which provide the correct solution for all types of finish and roof construction,
including inverted roofs and cut to fall insulation, we can also supply
custom designed metal upstands, all polyester powder coated to meet your requirements.
**All TopLite uPVC upstands are fabricated using the latest CNC manufacturing processes.
Whilst they give excellent thermal performance, they are not classifed as non fragile.
